Pricing, Orders and Payment

A) PRICING - All prices are in New Zealand Dollars. Prices do not include applicable sales taxes which will be added to the total cost of your order. The pricing of this course may change at any time, with or without notice. 

B) ORDERS - All orders are final upon the completion of payment. At this time a legally binding and enforceable contract is created between Ink & Beauty and the user. 

All completed orders are non refundable. If you have any issues with your purchase please contact us without delay and we will assess each case based on its own merits.

C) PAYMENT - Ink & Beauty provides payment options through third payment payment providers. These providers and their own terms and conditions may change at any time, with or without notice.

Additional Terms

This course is intended for users who have existing Cosmetic Tattoo or Body Tattoo hands on training for the equipment utilised in this course. This online training is to enhance your current knowledge only and is not intended to replace hands on training.


We may, at our descretion, terminate a users account with or without notice if we believe you do not meet the eligibility criteria. A refund will not be issued.


Age Restrictions

The minimum age to use our Site is 18 years old. By using this Site, users agree that they are over 18 years old. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age.


Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions.
